Define the grammar for the text serialization

I'm interested in mapping the KGCL Controlled Natural Language to COnto-diff (https://github.com/INCATools/kgcl/issues/79). The formal spec in the paper is very clear. The java tool yields nice compact text strings - are these documented separately?
