A PR doesn't appear in decap

I've got two PRs which I expect to show in decap

Not yet ready to call this a bug but can you help me to understand why only one shows on decap's workflow board and the other doesn't?

When I try to open in directly for editing, I get an error saying Failed to load entry: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'get') but it's hard to debug through code without source maps.
