Exposed mathematical library interfaces need refactor

### Describe the Code Quality Issue

In the cal_dm_psi.cpp file, the exposed mathematical library interfaces pdgemm_, pzgemm_, dgemm_, and zgemm_ need to be added with a connector layer.

Please check other codes to eliminate the directly use of these interfaces.
