Crossfade Support

Very excited about all the progress happening on this project! I was wondering if Crossfade support is on the roadmap.

There is currently no plan to support crossfade, but it's something that might appear at some point. PRs are welcome!

I'd still really love that feature, too... just commenting this to give it some more kudos :-) Unfortunately I'm really stuffed with other projects at the moment. Maybe next year I'll give it a try if anyone anticipates.
