MacOS and Linux do work with Community Shaders, but not directly supported due to the complex nature of these systems.

I'll follow up as I managed to run it only when I actually put d3dcompiler_47.dll into my skyrim folder and added it to wine ddl overrides contrary to what the instructions on nexusmods say.
Also in my case I was able to get it running only with DXVK as D3DMetal did not want to compile the shaders.
