support use of sass in kalatheme #222
Description
in 4.x we had a clearer direction with sass.
Kaltheme has a bunch of CSS only right now.
Theming with sass in kalatheme is totally possible, and we have pointed to kalagrunt as our drop-in solution.
We should document in the context of kalatheme how to integrate with that project.
We can contemplate in the subtheme generation via drush a flag to sass enable it as a new issue.
