npmjs repo is empty for zenoh 1.4.0

I have noticed the same. The CI is only in the dry run and not actually publishing the package. This broke my code.

Sorry, we are working on it. The issue caused build failure was fixed in #243, the other release issue is just fixed: #255
Will rerelease soon!
