ffbase archived again

I noticed this because it has led to an archiving/removal cascade (ffbase archived → prediction archived → dotwhisker archived → GitHub actions check on glmmTMB fails ...)

I'm confused by a few things.

• the last-archived version on CRAN (here) is 0.13.3; that version fails because of Sint incompatibilities which were fixed here
• the HEAD here seems to have only version 0.13.2 (I don't see any branches lurking?)
  • running R CMD check on version 0.13.2 from master/HEAD gives a few "Lost braces in \itemize; meant \describe ?" NOTEs, but nothing else (this is a fairly recent check in R-devel)
• the most recent check results archive doesn't report any problems.

I might ask for help on r-package-devel@r-project.org, but maybe folks here can shed some light on what's going on?
