1.6.40 from GitHub doesn't run on Android 10

Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see? Update App from 1.6.38 to 1.6.40 from GitHub on Android 10 smartphone.
2. What do you click? Open App after Update
3. Element 1.6.40 close immediately
4. Manual close App and clear Cache from App properties does not change anything.
