Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Unable to run ESS on Raspberry Pi or other ARM processors due to the Bootsrapper binary being built for x86 only
Describe the solution you'd like
Build a multiarch binary if possible, if not build an ARM binary (at least for Starter)
Describe alternatives you've considered
Running/building the operator for ARM currently leads to errors
