[Feature] Translating MQTTX UI into Traditional Chinese #1998

@CasperHK

Description

@CasperHK

Motivation

The current MQTT X UI and documentation are only available in English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese... This creates a barrier for users who are more comfortable with Traditional Chinese (e.g., developers and operators in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and other traditional Chinese users). Switching between the application and a translation tool slows down workflow, reduces usability, and may discourage adoption in markets where Traditional Chinese is the primary language.

Goal

  1. Language resources – Create zh‑Hant translation files that contains translations for all UI strings, tooltips, error messages, and dialog texts.

  2. Documentation – Provide a Traditional Chinese version of the README, user guide, and FAQ under docs/zh‑Hant/. Link these from the main README.
