FIx or reconsider `test_blockhash`

Test tests/benchmark/compute/instruction/test_block_context.py::test_blockhash has been disabled because it generates 256 blocks and takes a couple hours each to produce, so it has been skipped to unblock releasing the benchmark tests.

TODOs:

• Re-evaluate if this test is necessary in the first place
• Re-evaluate if we can optimize generation
• Evaluate if there's any framework optimizations that could be done to make the generation of these tests possible.

My sense is that this test is particularly slow in the pre-allocation grouping mode (engine x), so we could investigate there too.
