* chore(package-lock.json): Add package-lock.json file for faster installs and better dependency manag

Add package-lock.json to make sure that two or more installation of redux-first-router will produce
the same output. Besides, this file produce faster ci installation time.

* feat(package.json): Add support to generate ESM module

Add EcmaScript Modules support for clients that rely on modern pipelines.
