1. FIPs Clean Up

• 👇 Below are the FIPs that have been cleaned up:
  FIP 0034 — Status moved from "Accepted" to "Final". This FIP was implemented as part of Network Upgrade 17.
  FIP 0027 - Status moved from "Accepted" to "Final". This FIP was implemented as part of Network Upgrade 16.
  FIP 0055 - Status moved from "Accepted" to "Final". This FIP was implemented as part of Network Upgrade 16.
  FIP 0041 - Status moved from "Accepted" to "Final". This FIP was implemented as part of Network Upgrade 17.
  FIP 0044 - Status moved from "Draft" to "Final". This FIP was implemented as part of the Shark Upgrade.
  FIP 0045 - Status moved from "Draft" to "Final". This FIP was implemented as part of the Shark Upgrade.

2. Last Call — FIP 0077

• We'll be opening FIP-0077 for comprehensive community discourse during the Core Devs Call.

FIP-0077 proposes introducing a cost (in FIL tokens) for creating new miner IDs on the Filecoin network. This measure aims to deter the excessive and often malicious creation of miner IDs, which currently burdens the network's resources.

3. Governance Roadmap Updates — Governance Community Poll & FIP Lifecycle Management

• A new FIP Lifecycle Management has gone through multiple rounds of feedback. More research has been done and tune in to follow the latest progress!
• Governance Community Poll is live . This was discussed at FDS 6 Toronto. New updates to come!
• A new high level framework has been drafted to clear the current backlog of FIP Drafts. The high level framework will be presented on the call today!
