POST UserMaillist for user whitelist

I am looking at your manual (FortiMail_REST_API_Reference.pdf) and it mentions http://IP_Host/api/v1/UserMaillist/system/ can be used to change system-level whitelist. Is there an equivalent feature for individual user accounts?
