Actual Behaviour
On clicking on the footer section of the blog, the blog opens up. But it reduces the retention of users on the website.

Expected Behaviour
Instead of the blog opening up on the same tab, it should open up on another tab for increasing user retention on the website.

Steps to reproduce it

Simpling changing the redirection of anchor tag to another tab would work
