Generic Footnote

We should review our footnote so it is generic for all content, and to be clear on who is "responsible" once the content is published on our website. Here an example:

"Once something it posted on the DAT it now the responsibility to the collective and no longer the department"

"Une fois que le contenu est publié sur le site de la Boîte à outils d'accessibilité numérique / Espace de partage, le contenu devient la propriété collective du groupe de travail du site web...."
