Add "stop analysis" & "resume analysis" button

If for some reason user wish to stop currently running analysis,
we must have a _stop analysis_ button in _Queue overview page_ (**Dashboard**)

Should have following functionality:

1. Stop button stops current running process
2. Resume button starts analysis task
3. This is not a global analysis stop action but closely related to the queue in question
