Add tutorial mode for prediction and forecasting #1431

- I have searched the EvaDB issues and found no similar feature requests.
Description
Issue: The forecasting example took 28 minutes with neuralforecast vs 21 seconds with statsforecast.
Suggestion: Create a tutorial mode inside EvaDB that can work across all hyperparameter optimization search spaces - like prediction and forecasting.
