App is blocked

Hey man,

For some reason i dont see the one you showed on the instructions. When i logged in i see this:

When i picked my account it sends me to select my youtube:

After selecting my youtube i got app blcoked:

There are no advance or other options to choose from, unlike the one on your screenshot. Is it possible to have the oauth request do manually instead of going to the browser? That way we can fill the necessary details in case the app is blocked like in my case.
