Make the docs everyone wants more visible

But it's hidden away in shame over here:

This is like the #1 thing we want to see when we go to docs and I'm sure 99% of people miss it.

Going straight into a zoomed in language tour instead of an overview is not what we want when evaluating a language or indeed returning to docs for guidance :)
