Payment Creation - Utilize GoCardless Subscriptions Functionality #4

The extension doesn't utilize GoCardless's Subscriptions for WooCommerce subscriptions and currently uses mandates. Although, initial implementation was using GoCardless’s subscriptions feature but it was moved to use mandate instead in 2.4.0

The goal for this enhancement is to re-enable the use of the GoCardless Subscriptions.
