Addition of an Example for using PaliGemma and other Gemma Models with Edge IoT devices

Proposal of Feature

I love the Gemma ecosystem and have been using it for a long time, building a few MVPs for my products and various projects. I would love to give back to the community by sharing an example of creating a project with XIAO ESP32S3 boards and Gemma models, providing more examples on utilizing the power of Gemma models.

I believe in the applications of such models, and having an example of streaming images from edge devices, such as the XIAO Sense ESP32S3, would be a great example. I am going to implement it, but I wanted to get your approval to merge it into the cookbook.

I would write a small firmware for the board and explain its streaming capabilities to a Python Flask server on a notebook. I would utilize PaLI Gemma Models and other components in the Gemma ecosystem to leverage the data source and provide valuable results, such as real-time image context explanations. Additionally, I plan to utilize the entire Google ecosystem, for example, Google Colab and TensorFlow, wherever required.

What problem are you trying to solve with this feature?

Problem Solved by this Addition

Examples can never be enough, and when I first visited this cookbook, I would have loved to see an example of adding edge devices and demonstrating the Gemma application's integration with such solutions. So, I would love to contribute to writing an example and demonstrating it.
