For me, pinning to 0.10.0 worked

i only see v0 in workflow yaml files

had the same issue and pinning to GEMINI_CLI_VERSION=0.10.0 got this working for now.

This has been fixed in the latest main of gemini cli.
You can update the GEMINI_CLI_VERSION to main for temporary fix.
Once v0.21.0 is released, main can be replaced with that.
