Can't resize and dragndrop widgets after removing one of them in the grid on tablet #3188

Subject of the issue
As seen on the SerializationDemo, on tablet (Samsung Galaxy tab S4, appens also on Safari on Ipad), when I remove a widget from the grid, I can't resize or drag the other widgets.
Your environment
- version 12.3.3
- Samsung Galaxy Tab 2018, Google Chrome v 140.0.7444049
Steps to reproduce
- Go on your tablet
- Open demo
- Click on a button to remove a widget
- Try to resize or drag the other widgets
Expected behavior
We should be able to resize or drag the other widgets even after removing one widget.
Observations
When we tap twice on a widget after removing one widget, it unblocks it and we are able to drag and resize again.
