Visualization question

Thanks for an awesome article.

In the visualization show_example(viz_encoder_self), it seems some values are > 1 (for example, Layer 1 for (001 Zwei, 001 Zwei) has value 1.1...). If I understand correctly, we should be plotting the softmax, which should take values between 0 and 1. 

Does anyone know what is going on?
