publish @hotwired/stimulus-loading as its own package?

right now the only dependency without version in my config/importmap.rb is:

pin "@hotwired/stimulus-loading", to: "stimulus-loading.js"

what do you think of publishing it as a separate package?

It probably wasn't published as it's own package because it's super specific to stimulus-rails/importmaps-rails and doesn't make sense to be used independently from
NPM since it's bundled with the rubygem.
