[feat] Disable that every collection automatically creates a hyperboard

As we introduce the new hyperboard form, it is confusing if every collection creates a hyperboard.

Changes from the current form:

• Delete fields Background image URL and Border color
• Change text on the right to:

A collection can, for instance, represent a project with multiple hypercerts or a funding program comprising various projects.

You can create a hyperboard for one or more collections, displaying owners in proportion to their shares.

Easily embed the hyperboard on your website or share it on social media to publicly recognize owners.

All fields and settings can be edited afterwards.

As I highlighted in #441, I think the factor input should be on the hyperboard form and not the collection form.
