Frontend should throw an error or warning when alchemy/infura keys are not provided

### What is it?

Should not happen when running tests. To be decided whether it should error out or warn.

Causes issues with use-ethers-provider backward compatibility hook, as that ends up defaulting to hardhat when on sepolia, due to their not being a rpc url available at all.
