android running hyperion

are somebody interested in porting/create an android version of hyperion espacially for tv boxes?
Hope it become a starting point for this sparse repo ;)

I have a dirty version for a remote app to post json request. This can be used to start with

Which other parts are needed? Json/Proto/Framebuffer Server,...?
Is there a scheme/map/flowchart or something else available
There are definitly parts which can be compiled as library for android and others need to be written from scratch like the video grabber.

Would be glad if we can bunch together some ideas.

As workaround i run hyperion in chroot environment on rooted ShieldTV and it works out of the box with wemos mini d1. Here are some links

Sounds like a try haven't thought about chroot. May be worth for pi lineage images. But not sure if GPIO pins are recognied. Seems links are privat or dead. https://konstakang.com/devices/rpi4/LineageOS18/
