ADB over IP Pairing

Newer androids require a "pairing" before being able to connect, currently you have to do the pairing manually via the cli because Moby doesnt seem do that yet (or I am way too blind lol)

ideally you could use the infinitely less annoying qr code pairing as well

This must be set by the user, but I'll see if I can have some work around about it. I'm open to any suggestion u may have.

well ideal would be a way to have moby do the pairing process with the user (e.g. have a button to pair something, where you enter IP, pairing port and pairing code).
one likely more involved option but easier on the user would be qr code pairing which someone took a stab at over here:
