[Feature] Scheduling for individual jobs

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

It would be great to either be able to schedule jobs or set "working hours" for specific jobs.

My server has limited hardware, so running certain jobs - like facial recognition or OCR - make it almost unusably slow for anything else, like using the web app. I still want these jobs to run, but I'd prefer that to happen while I'm sleeping.

Alternatively, I could automate this if jobs could be turned on/off via an API.

Not sure why I couldn't find that (sorry), but that's definitely the same feature request. And the send-job-command API endpoint will do the trick! (lowering concurrency doesn't help)
