[Feature] One job to rule them all

The feature

As an administrator, it is nice to have a fine grain control of different jobs that can be run separately, but sometimes it is easier just to press one button and have the system do everything for you.
The proposition is to add a "main" job that can either run all jobs on all or missing assets. This would mean much easier triggering of all existing jobs.
