Request for Guidance on Upgrading Docker-Deployed Ragflow with Ollama to Latest Version

Hello community, I'm currently using Ragflow deployed via Docker with Ollama integration. I'm relatively new to both Docker and Ragflow Could anyone kindly advise on safely upgrading to the latest version? Key concerns:

1. Do I need to backup data volumes beforehand?
2. Is there a fixed step-by-step procedure that can be followed in order?
3. Will Ollama configurations require adjustments?
