Stop & Uninstall steps are missing (v3)

Developers have been asking how to properly stop InfluxDB 3 (Core/Enterprise) server - docker or otherwse.

Also we don't have an official uninstaller it would be good to document those steps such as deleting the data directory etc to uninstall.

Can we please add these steps to the Guides for Core & Enterprise and UI explorer ?
