Getting 404 not found after clicking on the link for "parameterized queries"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the "Time and time zones" documentation page, https://docs.influxdata.com/influxdb3/core/reference/influxql/time-and-timezone
2. Scroll to the "Cannot use parameters for durations" section, https://docs.influxdata.com/influxdb3/core/reference/influxql/time-and-timezone/#cannot-use-parameters-for-durations
3. Click on the hyperlinked text "parameterized queries"
4. Page returns 404 error

Expected behavior:
Link should redirect to valid documentation page explaining parameterized queries in InfluxDB 3 core
