Problem statement

With various compliance audits, the idea would be to be able to select a "docx" template for reporting based on the specific audit. This could be attached to a property of "ComplianceAssessment."

Expected behavior

1. Create a "Compliance Report"
2. Choose "template" ... (ability to upload).
3. When export report "to word" ... template will be used.

Today, I upload "template/audit_report_template.docx" to the appropriate folder before generating the report. This process is somewhat manual.
