feat: add an option to output minimal reports

The current markdown output is fine, but very very very noisy when you run the tests suite over 50+ gateways and some have errors (related)

It'd be nice to have a minimal output markdown that just dumps the table and not all the errors logs,

Probably needs to add a new mode to pl-strflt/junit-xml-to-html
