Error About COCO

When I run bash tools/fewshot_exp/train_coco_base.sh, there is an error.

This error may be caused by comparison operations, referring to maskrcnn-benchmark#1182 and maskrcnn-benchmark#1053.
You could choose to use Pytorch==1.1.0 (recommended here) or follow the instructions in these issues above.
