[FEAT] generate MCP tools from openapi

Motivation:

• We would like to generate MCP tools using kmcp + openapi as an input.
• This will allow not only generate mcp once but potentially re-generate with update mode

Proposal:

• Same way agentgateway proxy openapi and make a list of tools,
  same way we can generate map from openapi file https://agentgateway.dev/docs/backends/openapi
