Are the instructions for Azure Hyper-V specific to **Azure** Hyper-V?

Or would those instructions also work for Hyper-V Manager on my laptop? I'm trying to shorten the time of testing.

Right now my process is: Build in cloud for Rpi4 -> Download img -> eject sd card -> burn sd card -> load sd card -> wait and see

( building in cloud because Rancher Desktop/WSL2 doesn't easily support ARM64 workloads on AMD64 host )

edit: I did try the generic amd64 iso, but that did not boot

Ah. The generic amd64 ISO works with secure boot turned off.

Testing on rpi is really painful, indeed. We've been looking for solutions to speed things up too (e.g. something like https://jetkvm.com/). Maybe you can try with a KVM if it's worth the cost and effort.
