Possible to un/comment block without manual selection of block, like in JetBrains IDE?

In Jetbrains it's possible to uncomment a block comment without having to manually select the whole block comment, it seems to autoexpand from the current cursor position to the surrounding block comment (see video demo attached). Would be amazing to get this functionality in VSCode.

Toggle Block Comment's IntelliJ-like behavior doesn't seem to be in VS Code yet
Looks like we need to identify for each language that the cursor is in the block comment
