Add Typescript, Rust and R support

Describe the problem you're trying to solve
Is there also beside for python a lib to extract the data out of the oci image for Typescript, Rust, Go and R?

Currently we're only maintaining the python library, though we'd love to include more languages in the future! We're also open to contributions if you have a preferred use case.
