Prepare 2.0.0 release (#22)

* Version 2.0.0

* Bumped Android version and corrected package name, downgraded iOS version, updated CHANGELOG

* Bumped iOS SDK to 4.0.0, bumped React Native to 0.59.9

* Changed react peer dependency to 16.8.3

* Fixes polling mode not able to be set

* Bump iOS client version

* Moved npm i rn cli to fix permissions

* Updated Android client to 2.8.4

* Update CHANGELOG 2.0.0 release date

* Fix circleci iOS build error

* Updated CHANGELOG and README, fixed 2 errant SWIFT_VERSIONs

* Added CircleCI status badge to README
