Show the test timer at all times

Current Behavior

Learners who are taking a timed test are shown a timer at the top of the exam page. Exams that have many questions require the learner to scroll down the page, losing visibility of the ticking timer, causing them not to know how much time they precisely have left.

Desired Behavior

Ensure that the clock is always visible, whether it scrolls in the sidebar to the left of the questions or it is pinned at the top of the page, the test timer, should be perpetually visible to the learner so that their anxiety level can be managed while taking the test and they can know how much time they have left.

@leecalcote I’d like to work on this issue.I can make the exam timer stay visible while scrolling by making it sticky, and I’ll make sure it works well on both desktop and mobile.Could you please assign it to me?

@nafisa404, thanks so much for volunteering. I made the mistake of thinking that this functionality is to belong in the Academy Theme, but it actually belongs in a different project/repo. This functionality is delivered out of the Meshery Cloud project. We'll need to close this issue. Let's find you another one, though. 👍
