jwx liibraries v3.0.1 is referencing a beta version of httprc

Hi there, you probably already know this of course, but library jwx is referencin a beta version of httprc. Is this on purpose? Honestly I'm not sure on whether to use or not v3.X in production because of this.

If the library is considered stable, then I'd suggest you release a stable version of httprc to reflect that :)

The world's software often does not require strict versioning, even for the most serious of projects.
Just a random sample, but here's kubernetes depending on code that has no versioning and whose last meaningful update happening 10 years ago.
