Hi @chibenwa thanks for raising that question up.
This issue is configuration related - it depends on the userDB configuration and the user management policy applied, cf. https://github.com/linagora/ToM-server/blob/dev/docker.md?plain=1#L31.

For this case I'll check the LDAP filter used internally.

Issue is dealt internally, filter is good but some leftover data are remaining :/
