feat: add Lao and Japanese translations for print menu

Added Lao (lo) and Japanese (ja) translations for the "Print" context
menu entry in the deepin-print-pictures configuration file. This
improves localization support for users who speak these languages,
making the print functionality more accessible in their native
languages.

Influence:
1. Verify that the print context menu appears correctly for image files
2. Test that the menu displays the appropriate translation based on
system language settings
3. Check that the print functionality works normally after the
translation additions
4. Ensure no conflicts with existing translations for other languages

feat: 为打印菜单添加老挝语和日语翻译

在 deepin-print-pictures 配置文件中为"打印"上下文菜单项添加了老挝语
（lo）和日语（ja）翻译。这提高了对使用这些语言的用户的本地化支持，使打印
功能在他们的母语中更加易用。

Influence:
1. 验证图片文件的打印上下文菜单是否正确显示
