Investigate the CSR space of various LoongArch cores

For research and security purposes, it could be desirable to have the CSR space of known LoongArch cores fuzzed, to identify any undocumented CSRs for further investigation.

I've just made a kernel module to make experiments easier, since LoongArch CSRs are privileged resources. Now we can start building the userland part of this 😎
