Integration for GDPR fields?

Would it make sense to add integration support for GDPR fields in the plugin?

GDPR is called marketing_permissions in the API.

Adding additional details to the issue:

When we enable GDPR for a list, it adds a "Marketing Permissions" field to the hosted signup form (please check the screenshot below). I checked the API for details about this field but haven’t found anything yet. Additionally, we haven’t received any customer reports regarding this, so should we include it in version 1.8.0?

We can remove this out of 1.8.0 for now
